He has also spent a lifetime in customer service and understands that the key to success is in delighting each customer by exceeding their expectations on every photo shoot.
Rich establishes a relationship with each client, listens and learns what it is that they want to accomplish at their event or shoot. During an event, the burden falls on him to be a problem solver, to avoid making your day anything less than spectacular. A member of Professional Photographers of America [PPA] and Wedding and Portrait Photographers International [WPPI], Rich stays abreast of current trends in the industry, refreshes his skills, and brings his lifetime of experience to the event to ensure that he captures unique memories of your day in beautiful photos.
